We went to this place in Indiana it was just before our road trip.We booked in the restaurant to eat the specialty which was the boiled fish.
First we saw how it was cook. I was impressed a lot. There were a couple of touristand we around a place behind the restaurant and we sat in benches watching and looking forward to understanding. A men was wearing Cowboy clothes was explaining the cooking. He stayed in front of a big big pot like in Astérix and Obélix ( sorry for my reference but it looks like this).
And after this very American show, he troughed some gazes on the fire that leaded to a 2 m high flame. They cooked with a fire to get rid of the fish oil, because the fishes had been fishes in the lake and are very fatty.
We were in relief knowing this nice information after this week end where we ate things not really healthy. it sounded great and when we saw the plate it was really nice and tasty. We tasted the boiled fish, the cultural attraction of our week end.
